Selection Criteria for Scale I Posts:
The Total Marks allotted for Personal Interview are 100. The Minimum Qualifying Marks in Personal Interview attainable by Un-Reserved Candidates should not be less than 40% (and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwDs Candidates). The Weight age (Ratio) of the Main Online Examination and Personal Interview will be 80:20 respectively. The Combined Final Score of the Candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of the Scores obtained by the Candidates in the Main Examination and Personal Interview. Interview Score of the Candidates failing to secure the Minimum Qualifying Marks or otherwise barred from the Interview or further Process shall not be disclosed.
A Candidate should qualify both in the Main Examination and Personal Interview and be Sufficiently High in the Merit to be shortlisted for subsequent Provisional Allotment Process, details of which will be made available subsequently on India Post Payments Bank Ltd. Website.

Selection Procedure: Personal Interview /
Selection to the Posts would be made on the basis of Personal interview. However, India Post Payments Bank Limited reserves the right to conduct Group Discussion (GD) or Online Preliminary Test / Online Main Examination in addition to Personal Interview. Merely satisfying the Eligibility Norms does not entitle any Candidate to be called for Interview / Group Discussion or for the Computer Based Online Test (CBOT).
India Post Payments Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of the Candidates for Personal Interview / Group Discussion or Computer Based Online Test after Preliminary Screening / Shortlisting with reference to the Candidates’ Educational qualification, Professional Experience / Working Experience, profile vis-à-vis Job Profile and Services Requirements, etc.
Results of the Candidates who have qualified for various Stages of the Recruitment Process and the List of the Candidates Finally Selected would be made available on IPPBL website. Final Select List shall be published on the Bank Website.
